At Vera Comfort, your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will refund the total order amount. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.

How to Return Your Order

1. Contact Me

Please email support@veracomfort.co.za

with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

2. Return Approval

I will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the correct return address and next steps.

3. Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging, and ship it to the return address provided.
Please make sure to share the tracking number once the item has been sent.

4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at support@veracomfort.co.za within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

I will send a replacement free of charge. If a second issue occurs, I will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Important Information

  • VeraComfort underwear is a hygienic product.
    For health and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
